Our new kitchen hours at the Tap Room will be 3-8 Monday, 3-10 Tuesday—Friday, 12-10 Saturday, and 12-7 Sunday. We are currently open for both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as online ordering and carryout pickup service.

Great beer and even better food! The nachos, Cuban sandwich, and brisket dip were all AWESOME! Cannot wait to go back. Chef Nate came out and made sure that we were taken care of and you could tell that he takes pride and is passionate about what he does. Delish!

We’re pretty proud of our pit. Our smoke pit, that is. Boasting a huge custom-made smoker, our smoke pit turns out some of the best BBQ pulled pork, brisket, and chicken around.
We use a special dry-rubbing method, and we smoke low and slow for hours and hours on green cherry and apple wood. Using live, green wood imparts a distinct sweet smoke while being consistently clean.
Pulled pork nachos, anyone?
Take one bite of our BBQ pulled pork “Brewmaster” sandwich, and you’ll be hooked. Next time, maybe you’ll try an order of our famous pulled pork nachos or our BBQ ribs and brisket. Renting out the Gulo Room for a special event? The Wolverine State kitchen will work with you to craft a menu that will blow your mind and make your guests come back for seconds and thirds. And fourths. Want a special order for a private party or a tailgate? We do that, too.
So, pull up a chair and let your tastebuds go nuts with a pairing of our Brewmaster with a District 16 Vienna style Amber Lager or our Pitmaster BBQ plate with a Gulo Gulo India Pale Lager.
