Over time our kitchen here at Wolverine State Brewing Co. has continued to evolve and innovate all of the spectacular and inventive ways in which it delivers those tasty food items to you. Crab cake benedict
Two house crafted crab cakes sit atop both an English muffin and fresh sliced tomatoes. Two poached farm fresh eggs and a smattering of hollandaise round on this feature dish. Served with a side of home style potatoes, this is sure to quickly become a fan favorite.
We start this dish by infusing our cornbread batter with jalapenos. Then we melt a whole heap of shredded cheddar straight into our house smoked pulled pork. Toss it all together and throw some over easy farm fresh eggs on top and you have a meal that will have you fighting the temptation to put down your fork
Sometimes all you need is to keep it simple. With this dish we do just that! A poached egg nestled inside of a baked avocado, topped with cheese and pico de gallo. What more could you need?
Pastrami, pastrami, pastrami. What more needs to be said about this skillet, a WSBC version of corned beef hash, we swap out our house smoked pastrami and toss a couple of eggs on the top.
Ham and bell peppers dominate this skillet. Fresh, flavorful and filling this skillet has it all. Throw in a couple of over easy eggs and multigrain toast and breakfast is complete.
