All of our lagers tell a story, but the really special ones help others write their own, too. From that growler of Gulo that just made the bonfire, to the glass of Kurios Black that helped you take the edge off holiday shopping, to that clutch six-pack of Amber you had in your fridge that changed the whole night.
We brewed Five Shores Blonde Lager for the Alliance for the Great Lakes to help them keep writing their amazing story. The Alliance works to preserve, protect, and sustain the Great Lakes — good news for those of us (cough, breweries, cough) that happen to rely on water as the backbone of our business. AGL’s mission isn’t easy, but that’s where you all come in! A portion of the proceeds from Five Shores Blonde will go towards the Alliance to help them further their mission and keep our Lakes beautiful for generations upon generations. Let’s all do our part to protect the most important ingredient in beer!
Five Shores Blonde Lager is a blonde common, an amber hybrid. After fermentation, Five Shores was dry-hopped with Michigan-grown Cascade hops for a punch of glorious citrus hoppiness. Pretend you’re on a lakeshore (bonus points if you actually are), and breathe deeply to experience the citrussy, woodsy hop notes, and sip on its flavorful body, which is built on a foundation of Canadian and American grains. This brew is sunshine in a glass, and we hope it reminds you of the sun flashing off the waters of the Great Lakes and every lake in between with each and every sip.
Look for it in June!
