Many famous beer styles get their signature characters from ingredients and water sources local to the brewery. In the case of Czech Pilsner, the region in which it was first made contained very soft, naturally filtered water. We did our best to replicate a Czech Pilsner by filtering the heck out of our water, brewing with malt from Bavaria, and adding generous amounts of distinctive Czech Saaz hops, known for its spicy personality. This is a highly balanced brew with just the right kick of hops — enjoy!
