Tuesday: Cobb Salad: cheddar, bleu cheese, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, turkey, and avocado dressing.
Wednesday: Three Maui chicken sliders: chicken, Swiss cheese, and pineapple salsa on slider buns.
Thursday: Karissa's Salad: Apple, cranberry, bacon, feta, and house-made poppyseed dressing.
Friday + Saturday: Barbacoa Tacos: pulled beef, jalapenos, and hot sauce on flour tortillas.
Sunday: Back-to-Back Grilled cheese: a double-dip of grilled cheese with tomato, onion, Swiss, Muenster, and cheddar cheeses.
